When parents receive those two things at such an important time in their lives, a beautiful confidence develops. Giving birth truly changes your life, and it is a great honour for me to be present at such a powerful and significant time. As the mother of three, I understand the many emotions and questions surrounding pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. And as a doula, I am committed to bringing support to all aspects of your unique experience. I work to inform you and provide emotional and physical support in whatever setting or options you choose for your birth and beyond.
